Recommended ease is 10”/25 cm. If you are between sizes, go down a size for a more form-fitted look or up a size for a boxy look. Sweater is shown in size 2. See schematic on page 7 for additional measurements.

Gauge: 14 sts and 22 rows = 4”/10 cm in Stockinette Stitch, holding one strand of fingering weight (CYCA #1) yarn held together with one strand of DK weight (CYCA #3) yarn, blocked, using size needle to obtain gauge.

Needles: US 9 (5.5 mm) knitting needles and US 9 (5.5 mm) 24”/60 cm circular needles or size needed for gauge. Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Yarn: 790 (870, 950, 1040, 1130)(1210, 1320, 1420) yards each of fingering weight (CYCA #1) yarn and DK weight (CYCA #3) yarn. To use one strand of yarn in chunky weight (CYCA #5), 790 (870, 950, 1040, 1130)(1210, 1320, 1420) yards are needed.
